If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy provides for the return of select non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements for a Successful Return:
- Item(s) delivered within the last 30 days.
- Item(s) in the original factory carton(s) complete with all original packaging.
- Item(s) has never been installed or modified while in your possession.
- Item(s) must not be marked with any markers, pens or other writing or labels other than original markings from the manufacturer or internal-use Light Haus USA labels.

Please Remember
- Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).
- The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
- The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your return.
- Installed or customized items are ineligible for return.
- Shades purchased individually are ineligible for return.
- Web special sales are a final sale and not eligible for return
Restocking Fees
- All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- You will receive an email confirming the exact amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safely reached our warehouse and undergone inspection.
Defective Merchandise
